Services Description

SteadySite provides domain registration, web hosting, email services, and website templates ("Services"). Specific features and pricing are described on our website and may change from time to time.

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services

Payment Terms

• Service fees are charged monthly or annually as selected during signup
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Your account may be suspended for non-payment
• Domain registration fees are separate from hosting fees and are charged annually

Domain Registration

• Domain registrations are subject to registrar policies and terms
• You agree to provide accurate whois information as required by ICANN
• You are responsible for all domain renewal fees
• Domain names cannot be transferred during the first 60 days after registration
• We reserve the right to refuse domain registration at our discretion

Acceptable Use Policy

• You may not use our services for any illegal purpose
• You may not transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• You may not send unsolicited email (spam) through our email services
• You may not distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

Content and Intellectual Property

Website templates and design elements provided by SteadySite remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use them for your website while your account is active. Content you provide (text, images, logos) remains your property.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may be required. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadySite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• We reserve the right to delete data from terminated accounts after 30 days

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SteadySite is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
